Oregon Behavioral Health Group is growing, and we're looking for fully licensed therapists to join our outpatient practice. 

Build a caseload without having to build a business 

We are a well-established outpatient psychiatric and mental health practice providing assessment, diagnosis, medication management and psychotherapy for clients across the lifespan.  

We receive ongoing inquiries and referrals for therapy services from both the community and other healthcare providers. This provides new clinicians with the opportunity to establish and grow a caseload quickly. 

Flexible schedule 

Clinicians have flexibility in establishing workdays and hours. Services may be provided in person, telehealth or a combination of both. 

Dedicate more of your valuable time to patient care by reducing the administrative burden. 

Our administrative team handles much of the day-to-day work that can take clinicians away from patient care.  

Who We're Looking For 

Applicants must hold a current Oregon license that allows independent clinical practice, such as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT. 

Experience in outpatient mental health is a plus, but we are open to newly licensed clinicians who are a strong fit for our practice and are ready to build their caseload.
