Assess and provide treatment services to youth experiencing emotional and/or behavioral problems including substance abuse; provide individual, family and group counseling within a public school setting; maintain client records and case management according to agency policy; duties may include client advocacy, public relations and education. Minimum Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Behavioral Science related fields & Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification or Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA) licensure or Professional Counselor licensure under applicable State of Oregon licensing and certification boards required; Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
