Role Description:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lonerock Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer care to our patients..

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress, documenting findings accurately in medical records.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities and engage patients Psychedelic integration therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective strategies for patient care.
  • Support patients with special needs

Skills

  • Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and patient assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy principles and psychotherapy practices.
  • Experience with coding and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychotherapist in state of oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhsyD)
  • Proficient in psychotherapy and crisis intervention techniques
  • Backgound in psychedelic therapy, with a strong ethical compass.
  • Strong patient assessment and communication skills
  • Experience with medical documentation and maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Familiarity with behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, genders, races, and cultures.
