About Us: Our mission is to empower individuals and couples in Southern Oregon to transform challenges into growth and serve as a trusted partner for community wellness resources. We believe the best client care comes from clinicians who are thriving, not just surviving.

The Position: We are seeking a W-2 employee for a stable, 25-hour-per-week position. This role is built around a sustainable caseload, with a hard cap on client contact hours to ensure you have dedicated, paid administrative time each week.

What We Offer (A Truly Supportive Package): We are proud to offer a compensation package that reflects your value:

  • Stable Salaried Compensation: A tiered salary of $74,000 - $78,000 for a 25-hour week, with a clear path for growth at 90 days and at your one-year anniversary.

  • Health Insurance Stipend: A monthly stipend of $300-$500.

  • Retirement Plan: Access to a Simple IRA with free financial coaching.

  • Full Malpractice Insurance Coverage.

  • Generous CEU Allowance (up to 18 CEUs/year).

  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
